Plant names

Can you please tell me the names of the plants in this combination? Especially the hosta cultivars, if known.
Here's my guess
Athyrium niponcum 'Ghost', Hosta'??', Adiantum pedatum, Convallaria majalis.

    You have the Maiden Hair fern- Adiantum pedatum

    Japanese Painted Lady fern - Athyrium niponicum 'Pictum'

    Lily of the valley - Convallaria majalis

    Variegated Hosta "Frances Williams"

    I hope this helps, this combinations looks lovely from spring to late fall with very little to no maintenance. The Maiden hair fern has taken more than seven years to get this fall and tall but worth the wait.
