Can you tell me a rough estimate for construction cost/sq ft?

I like this modern rustic style and am considering building but not sure I can afford it. Is this generally more or less expensive than a traditional 2 story colonial? (I live in upstate NY)

Hey Nick,

I would say it really depends on the final finishing and amount of details. Their is cost effective ways to accomplish good design but you just have to have the right team and all the designs detailed on the front end.
