What was the approximate cost of this remodel?

The first floor bathroom in my 1941 home looks to be the same exact size and layout. Instead of replacing the tile and adding the wainscoting, we are thinking of reglazing all of the tile. We are located in Oakley, very close to Amberley.

First of all let me apologize for not responding to your question. I have been in and out of the hospital since early December and had not been keeping up with my Houzz account. The approximate cost of this remodel was $21,000.00 which was a complete gut and redo. I hope this is helpful at this late date. If you have other questions please feel free to contact me.
