    Thanks for the interest Emily!
    All the wood is hickory. We used steel I-beams for posts with wood inserts in the web to help soften the industrial theme. Then the horizontal balusters are solid steel round bar welded to the posts. We finished all the steel with a patina.
    We made this in the Seattle area and are based just south of the city 20 min (Renton).
