Where are the chairs from and do they really hold up to outdoor use?

I'm looking for exactly that style chair for my cement top table, but am not convinced they can be left outside consistently.

    Hi there,

    These chairs have been outdoors for about 3+ years consistently. Occasionally, they do get covered with the table. They have held up very well, but the finish is by no means perfect. In fact, the finish had problems within the first 6 months, but since then it hasn't changed. The seats show signs of the color wearing off, but it is not problematic (ie it isn't chipping). These chairs were purchased from DWR, so not sure about other versions from other companies, or in other colors. The natural/galvanized would be most forgiving.
