Are the floors concrete?

Love the floors. If they are concrete, can you tell me what the cost is approx. per square foot to install? Thank you.

    Thank you so much! On this particular project, I only designed and specified materials. The borders are indeed constructed of a concrete material with the inside pattern being travertine with a painted ceramic tile diamond detail. Because of the different thicknesses of materials, the installation did cost more. in this case, the contractor was responsible for all purchasing and installation. I will see if I can find out for you.
