Is this concrete painted in the stamped areas to look like grout and stone?

    Hi Lorie, For this concrete patio we used a
    stamp and hand tooled to create the textured effect of the stone. Channels were
    created between and grout was applied. We then used three different color
    stains to achieve the color; to blend in with the clients existing patio. We
    have more pictures of the process on our website blog. Please check them out
