Hi this home is so lovely! Are the windows framed in painted wood or metal or vinyl and are they black or gray? Do you find that the dark color fades in time from the sun?

    Thanks for the nice comment.

    The windows are powder-coated aluminium, finished in a darker grey shade (Colorbond Woodland Grey).

    With powder-coated aluminium frames, if done correctly, fading should not be an issue.
