    210-431-0088 is the number. They should be able to answer any question you have. Depending on your location they will ship to your home.

      The flooring is most likely wood. Same as the steps, without the carpet. See the dark wood trim 1x2 wrapped around the base of the upstairs landing.

      Hard to tell what type if flooring it is. Looks like hickory or dark cherry.

      Yes, a good carpet installer can rap your treads. Are the risers in your stair case open like the picture above.
