can you paint over terracotta floor tiles?

We have a kitchen living area and would like to know if there is something that we could paint over terracotta tiles to give it an industrial look?

    Rather than paint the tile which you will then have maintenance on, you could work a more modern colour pallet with them to transform the space? Some examples below... loving the charcoal and white combo.

    I was recently in a Melbourne home store who had done just that. It looked amazing. I took a pic which doesn't really do it justice. They had gone over terracotta and slate. In saying that.. terracotta is making a big come back :)

    Yes you can paint over terracotta tiles. Dulux stock a paint for tiles range that would work for your needs
