Hi, just wondered where this flooring is from? It's beautiful. Is it laminate, real wood or porcelain? Thank you

From my proffesional point of view, i would be inclined to think it is a laminate floor, however it could also be vinyl.

Realwood wouldn't be suitable for a kitchen as it is not waterproof which causes problems in the floor.

The closest flooring I can find in laminate is known as Quickstep Impressive IM1849, however in the vinyl i have found Quickstep Livyn BAGP40027 and Karndean RL05 Spanish Cherry which i think is the closest match.
