How to design an open riser staircase?

The open riser stairway should be designed to construct in reinforced concrete. The treads should be tiled using wood. It must be L shaped. Floor to floor height is 10' and the stair void is 12' 6" × 8' 6".

    Eshadi, good morning. I don't understand your question. Did you want to get a budget price for similar stairs with the stair opening you provided? If so, then I will need a lot more information.

    Where is the project located.

    Single or double stringers.

    Type of wood (ex. White Oak, Red Oak, Maple, .....)

    Type of railing you want for the stairs.
