Do you know the name of the paint that was used for the siding? Thank you very much.

The house is sided with Maibec eastern white cedar shingles that have been factory finished with bleaching oil (which has a gray tint). The bleaching oil accelerates the natural weathering of the shingles to an even driftwood gray over 6-12 months. Without the bleaching oil, the weathering of cedar shingles can take a number of years and is typically quite uneven. Visit www.maibec.com/en/colors/bleaching-oil for more information on the product.

Really like the color on the doors. What is it? Thanks!

I believe the side entry and garage doors are painted Benjamin Moore HC-155 Newburyport Blue. The Ben Moore Historical Color palette includes several darker colors that work well for windows and doors on traditional style homes. Newburyport Blue, Townsend Harbor Brown, Hadley Red, and Tarrytown Green (just to name a few) contain enough color to give designs some pop, while also containing enough black to recede with the glass of window and door openings.
