What is difference in stainless and brushed nickel? I do not wan to have to polish. I do want it to look nice with stainless appliances.

    Take a look at the Top Knobs website for brushed nickel-finished hardware. I use them when clients want to match their stainless steel appliances. Brushed nickel finishes are warmer in appearance than stainless, and resist fingerprints better than stainless because of this feature.
