This oven can fit two 16", 15" or 14" pizzas, three 12" or 10" pizzas or up to eight 8" pizzas at a time. Most thin crust pizza recipes will cook in under 3 minutes.

1. Our proprietary refractory material used to make all our ovens is rated at 2300 degrees fahrenheit, which is approximately twice what a wood fire burns at (1300F). All our ovens include a steel oven door.
