Width of room / truss spacing

I'm wondering on the overall width of the room or spacing between the large trusses. We're building a new home and the great room has three timber trusses and we're trying to figure out lighting. We wanted to do a fan, but would need to do two like you have. If we have similar space I think we'd follow your lead. Thanks!
