What foundation was used? Elevation of house? What made you choose lattice in some areas and masonry in others?

    This particular house is in a flood zone, so the house is elevated to exist in such. The foundation used was concrete, with flood vents. As for the lattice and the masonry stone around the foundation, that was the client and architect's preferences. Thank you for your interest!     Hi lauriebm...this house is sided with cedar shingles. Before going on, they were pre-dipped in a color called 'misty gray'. If there is anything else you are curious about, please do not hesitate to ask! Thanks for your interest in our project!
