I tried this headrest before recommending to a client and all the suction cups came off after the first use and the plug to keep water out came out and it filled with water I have not been able to get out.
I can not get the suction cups back in or the plug back in after many tries.
Great concept, terrible product.
400.00 experiment with no good outcome, it now sits on the bathroom floor afraid it might one day leak all over.
