Estimate cost to build

We are planning to purchase and build this model. But are concerned about the costs to build this model. We live in Gardnerville, Nevada and were wondering if anyone has built this design yet? We noticed the smaller version was built MMA-640 for between $50,000-$75,000. Does that cost include everything from start to finish (engineering plans for foundation/electricity/plumbing hookup)?

    With the windows and stone shown in this one costs could be $150 per sq. foot.. If you were to substitute different siding, it would save significant money.. The best place to get an estimate though is through a local builder or two.. Things differ in various parts of the country..
