Design-and-construct service for terrace house extension/reno

Our terrace house has rear lane access but currently no onsite parking - just a brick wall with an access gate. We would like to add a garage with a garden deck above (the block slopes away at the back). Additionally we need to renovate our kitchen, bathroom and powder room. Ideally we’d like a design and construct service, rather than finding an architect and then having to find a builder who can execute the work within our budget. Any recommendations?

    Hi Anne-Marie, if you add the State and perhaps the region where your project is, this extra information may help prompt other Houzzers closer to you to make recommendations especially those who have gone through a similar renovating process?
