Noted set of cushion covers

In the description it states that with the purchase of this set you will receive two sets of cushion covers. It also notes that they come with wheat colored covers.....
does this mean that you have to buy the Navy cushions separately? Do all of the cushions shown come with the set. Also, how high is the back of the chairs?

    The Bermuda collection comes standard in the Wheat cushion covers and that is what you will see when you first open up the boxes. That is something that we cannot change but it does give you an option to choose another set of cushion covers of your choice. If you select the navy they will place a set of Navy cushion covers in one of the boxes so that you can swap out the two cushion covers to your liking. All the cushions are included but the pillows shown are sold separately. The back cushions sit about 13 inches high from the seat cushion.
