What type of floor and finish is in this picture?

We are in the midst of picking out materials for our kitchen remodel and are planning to go with Maple cabinets. But struggling on what type of hardwood floor and finish to go with.

    The floor is also maple. It was a "rustic" maple that had wide variation in tone running from the light maple all the way to deeper shades. It's been about 4 years since I did this project, so I no longer remember the brand.
