can the arm and lamp be adjusted?

other than up and down, can the arm adjust left to right, and can the shade move left to right? Thanks.

    Hello,

    the fixture has 3 hinged joints which all go up/down. The left and right cant be done with this as it puts too much strain on the wiring with more then 3 movable joints. Thanks!
