Painting uPVC window frames

I would very much appreciate any advice on painting uPVC window frames. I noticed that you did not use a specialist paint for this job.
Also interested in the textured carpeting; is it jute, sisal or similar?

    Hi.

    I'm afraid the builder on the project had the windows made and also spray painted. We used Farrow and Ball's colour chart as a reference but the builder had it colour matched. Sorry. I know that's not very helpful. The seagrass flooring is from Crucial Trading and is their 'Basketweave' sisal.

    Sorry- I meant it’s their Basketweave SEAGRASS (not sisal 🙄)
