Can someone identify this tree for me?

I don't think someone has deliberately grown these two trees (in other words, I feel they are both wild). I cannot tell exactly because it is actually growing on the boundary with my neighbor. They are a bit difficult to deal with and I cannot ask them if they had grown them or not.

In the same space three trees were grown so close to each other. It will be silly for anyone to put in these two unknown ones deliberately when it is so close to a normal one that was definitely grown on purpose.

These two unknown trees look similar to me (note: I know I am not good with this kind of observation). It is winter now and I cannot find any flowers. From memory there has been no noticable flowers with good size or good color. I know the trees were there for many years but I don't bother them till now (for some reasons).

Please check some photos using the given links.

The first tree is at least 3 to 4 meters high now. It is quite big and mature.

This tree has a six inches plus trunk now.

The second tree is about 2m.

This second tree is younger, only 2 inches trunk

I hope that helps. Thank you in advance for reading a long post (because I try to give more details)

Hi, it could be an osthmanthus they have a highly perfumed flower, but on saying that they sometimes don’t flower until the tree is quite old, a native frangipani is evergreen with similar leaves to your trees, these can self seed, your best bet would be to take your samples to your local nursery for identification

The first one looks a bit like a Bay tree. Does it have any smell if you crush the leaves?

The first tree looks to be a Sweet Pittosporum (Pittosporum undulatum). Do you know if it has small yellow fruit at all? Depending on where you are, this is often an environmental weed and can self seed.
