    Beautiful home. What type of grass is this? Does it stay small or does it take some pruning? Thanks!

    Mexican Feather Grass. It will grow 2 'to 3' high and the bunch will spread in diameter. The bunch is typically pruned to about 6" high in early spring and will regrow over the next season.
