I love the leaf pattern in the tiles! Are the lower ones decals?

I love the whimsy of the falling leaves - where the pattern covers the subway tiles, did you use decals? Or cut into the subway tile?

    Thank you! We had the leaf shapes cut out of the subway tiles and then popped the glass leaves into the cut outs during installation.
