Where did the cabinets come from and what color are they considered?

I love the style of these cabinets and we are in the NY area. I'd love to know where they came from and what color they are considered.

    These are custom made Rift Cut White Oak Cabinets with a custom blend stain color. A local millworker to Northern NJ made them.
