What is the name of this tile?

What is the name of the wall tile in this photo? Also are the vertical tile pre-cut to the hight of the horizontally laid tile or is that something my installer would have to do on site?

    Hi, this is our Flicker Mosaic. This mosaic interlocks but your installer will need to cut it to ensure it fits perfectly into your space. You can find more details here.
