    Thanks for your question! This house was built in 2011, and as such it is difficult to say whether or not the paint is still in production. Also, it's difficult to say if it is a good exterior paint for your location. A method to try would be to take this picture to a paint store and get them to paint match the color. This way, they can educate you on the different types of exterior paint for your specific project and get you the best fit.
