How is the structure made for the trellis/ what is the plant on it?

I will try to explain it as I best remember. I BELIEVE the primary structure is a 2" hollow steel tube - square shape and painted. Set into the ground with concrete. Then the mesh which the plants grow on is attached to that and I believe it is a 4" or 6" Welded Wire Fabric made with ummm let's say 1/4" diameter steel wire. Maybe stainless to avoid corrosion.
