    Thank you so much for reaching out. The stone in this kitchen is Marble stone and is called Shadow Storm. Marble stone requires much maintenance to keep it looking lush and new. You will want to take care with citric acid from coffee, juices, tomatoes, and other citric based foods and drinks. Citric acid, if left on the tops will etch the surface and your normal sealers on the market do not protect against etching only staining. It's a gorgeous material but we always advise our customers to take great care when choosing this material for their kitchen projects.
