The pullout drawer is perfect for a small child's bathroom. Small children can pull it out and use it to stand on to reach the handles on the faucet. The drawer guides are full extension with a weight rating of 100lbs. When extended outward the drawer front also helps support the entire box. Thanks for the question, Wes Tillison

That is a very crafty idea! As someone who is always moving a toddler step stool out of my way this would come in great use at our house!
