Even if you had a broken flapper he'd have to replace the whole toilet or at least take the whole thing out the fix it and put it back in. There's no way for him to get into the tank.

    True, but if you think about it, how often does a toilet go bad and need to be repaired? My client was the one who designed the bathroom and was aware of this potential problem. She said
    " The design is worth the risk". Never arguing with a client is always good policy.
