Hi, It was original to the house. It was restored and cleaned. I'm not sure who the original manufacturer was.

I'm not sure where you live, but in the nyc area we have many local chandelier makers that can reproduce almost anything you want. This is a classic chandelier that if you show to one of these makers can be made for you. If you are near nyc I can give you the name of one of these places.
