In questo progetto d’interni situato a pochi metri dal mare abbiamo deciso di utilizzare uno stile mediterraneo contemporaneo attraverso la scelta di finiture artigianali come i pavimenti in terracotta o le piastrelle fatte a mano. L’uso di materiali naturali e prodotti artigianali si ripetono anche sul arredo scelto per questa casa come i mobili in legno, le decorazioni con oggetti tradizionali, le opere d’arte e le luminarie in ceramica, fatte ‘adhoc’ per questo progetto.

Complete view of a bespoke rustic-contemporary kitchen designed in Tombolo, where exposed wooden beams, handcrafted ceramic details and natural materials create a warm and authentic atmosphere inspired by traditional Italian country homes. The custom-made cabinetry, stone sink and decorative finishes were carefully selected to combine elegance, functionality and timeless character. Soft natural light, neutral tones and artisanal textures enhance the welcoming ambiance of the space, while the linear layout and integrated dining area create a refined and convivial kitchen designed for everyday living. A sophisticated balance between Mediterranean tradition and contemporary interior design.

Photography: Karina Illovska The kitchen is divided into different colours to reduce its bulk and a surprise pink study inside it has its own little window. The front rooms were renovated to their former glory with replica plaster reinstated. A tasmanian Oak floor with a beautiful matt water based finish was selected by jess and its light and airy. this unifies the old and new parts. Colour was used playfully. Jess came up with a diverse colour scheme that somehow works really well. The wallpaper in the hall is warm and luxurious. ​

Zoë Noble Photography A labour of love that took over a year to complete, the evolution of this space represents my personal style whilst respecting rental restrictions. With an emphasis on the significance of individual objects and some minimalist restraint, the multifunctional living space utilises a high/low mix of furnishings. The kitchen features Ikea cupboards and custom shelving. A farmhouse sink, oak worktop and vintage milk pails are a gentle nod towards my country roots.

Cuisine sur mesure avec ilôt

nuova cucina con gole, colonna forno e frigorifero, piano in quarzo. la finitura è in laccato opaco, i colori deliicati.

Se trata de una cocina preciosa de Santos. Toda blanca con la trasera de madera. El concepto de esta cocina era ocultar todos los servicios y que pareciera un mueble. Tiene una zona de bancada que contiene el lavavajillas fregadero y fuegos. y detrás tiene una gran armariada que contiene , frigos, lavadora secadora y zona de desayuno oculta con unas puertas coplanares. Todo en tonos muy claros y con mucha sencillez y limpieza. Las sillas de la cocina son la Nuez de Patricia Urquiola, unas piezas que ponen el toque. Las lámpara que cuelgan sobre la mesa son muy bonitas de hormigón visto. Estos espacios lucen más al natural porque se puede apreciar la riqueza de los materiales. Hay una puerta de hierro y vidrio para continuidad visual de toda la planta. En el lado opuesto se encuentra una enorme cristalera que comunica con un patio interior y una pequeña terraza. El televisor se colocó anclado al techo. La iluminación de los muebles de cocina se realizo por un led corrido acompañando la bancada. Se coloco un led bajo los muebles altos de la cocina.

The kitchen, located in the lower ground floor, was updated with bespoke cabinetry fitted around the chimney breast with a range cooker within the existing fireplace.

Auch wenn schwarz und weiß nach wie vor die dominierenden Farben in der Küche sind, hebt auch ein sanfter Grünton- gut abgestimmt mit Beleuchtung und Bodenbelag- den Küchenblock zum Zentrum der Küche. Der Tresen lädt durch die ins Kochfeld integrierte Dunstabzugshaube nicht nur zur Kommunikation ein, sondern mit den gemütlichen Barhockern auch zur ganz privaten Kochshow.
