Luxury living room we designed for one of our prime projects in Surrey. We used a natural colour scheme with a touch of grey to add the masculine and luxury feel to this formal living room.

A stunning living space. The sofas our handmade in our own workshop and all furniture and accessories were sourced by our interior designers and available through our showroom.

A modern living/dining area with dark accents and ceiling beams.

This project is the result of research and work lasting several months. This magnificent Haussmannian apartment will inspire you if you are looking for refined and original inspiration.
Here the lights are decorative objects in their own right. Sometimes they take the form of a cloud in the children's room, delicate bubbles in the parents' or floating halos in the living rooms.
The majestic kitchen completely hugs the long wall. It is a unique creation by eggersmann by Paul & Benjamin. A very important piece for the family, it has been designed both to allow them to meet and to welcome official invitations.
The master bathroom is a work of art. There is a minimalist Italian stone shower. Wood gives the room a chic side without being too conspicuous. It is the same wood used for the construction of boats: solid, noble and above all waterproof.

Bespoke sofa design with custom made curtains and cushions, coving with LED lighting and accessories specifiied by Hestia

The living room at House CN by SASI Studio centres around a restored fireplace framed by bespoke timber joinery. Vertical wood slat detailing, integrated shelving and concealed storage bring warmth, texture and craftsmanship to the space, while the pale walls and neutral curtains create a calm, contemporary backdrop.

This formal Living Room was inspired by the Sussex Downs, countryside and artists. The ribbed detailing which runs throughout this room, from the shutters, to the handmade rug, central feature chandelier, the feature mirror, table lamp and fireplace tiles, all inspired by the doric columns and regency architecture of Brighton & Hove.

A comfortable Drawing room including custom sofas in a smart herringbone Thibaut stain resistant fabric arranged around a glass coffee table from Tom Faulkner. The Mirror over the fireplace conceals a TV, meaning that the space is ideal for both family time and entertaining.

A large living room transformed to be a warm and inviting space with a glamorous feel and high end finishes.
Cleverly hiding the TV against a dark wall helps to drawn the eye away from it. Framing the walls with art, accessories and a feature mirror above the fireplace draws the eye to beautiful pieces in the room.

Project Brief -
Transform a dull all biege open living into a contemporary welcoming space
Design Decisions -
Grey and green colour palette used to create a clean and fresh look
- Timber nested coffee table added to introduce the neutral tones and contribute to the functionality of the large formal sitting
- Plants added to the space to introduce organic shapes and bring in the fresh outdoor feel
- A statement wall art added to the partially painted accent wall, creating the impactful focus point

The formal lounge blends classic character with refined modern details, creating a welcoming yet sophisticated atmosphere. A pair of soft linen sofas arranged around a marble coffee table form the central seating area, set atop a richly patterned rug that anchors the space with warmth and tradition.
Natural light pours in from the adjoining conservatory, where glass doors open to an additional sitting area overlooking the garden. Contemporary elements — such as the timber slatted feature wall, circular pendant light, and bespoke illuminated shelving — bring balance and texture, while curated artworks and plants add a personal, homely touch.
The room flows effortlessly between old and new, formal and casual, making it ideal for both quiet retreats and family gatherings.
