Il mobile su misura della sala TV

Data la forma triangolare della sala TV, la difficoltà è stata quella di trovare un mobile che potesse essere allo stesso tempo contenitivo e originale. Per questo motivo ho progettato e disegnato una zona giorno, poi realizzata su misura dal falegname, composta da una base TV con anta a ribalta in laccato grigio opaco e un elemento libreria superiore in legno massello e tubolari in ottone. In questo modo è stato possibile soddisfare sia l'esigenza di contenimento della cliente, che la richiesta di un elemento d'arredo unico nel suo genere. Il colore grigio richiama quello del tavolo nella stanza rotonda adiacente ed il blu mantiene la linea di colore con il resto

Custom-made joinery and media wall designed and fitted by us for a family in Harpenden after moving into this new home. Looking to make the most of the large living room area they wanted a place to relax as well as storage for a large book collection. A media wall was built to house a beautiful electric fireplace finished with alcove units and floating shelves with LED lighting features. All done with solid American white oak and spray finished doors on soft close blum hinges.

here we made and installed two sets of alcove cabinets with box shelving. Each spray painted blue with a darker blue back panel with Santos rosewood veneer on the front edging of the box shelving with brass inlay around all edges of the shelving and countertop. Featuring led strip lighting recessed in the top of shelving box set on a dimmer switch.

A cosy living room and eclectic bar area seamlessly merged, through the use of a simple yet effective colour palette and furniture placement. The bar was a bespoke design and placed in such away that the architectural features, which were dividing the room, would be incorporated and therefore no longer be predominant. The period beams, on the walls, were further enhanced by setting them against a contemporary colour, and wallpaper, with the wood element carried through to the new floor and bar.
