The client enlisted our services to give her living room and dining room a makeover. The existing space was tired and dated. The brief was to create a space that had a contemporary modern feel yet felt welcoming and inviting. The only piece of furniture the client wanted to hold on to was the dining table and chairs. The rest was a blank canvas. We created a colour scheme of grey and emerald green. We ordered bespoke sofas and had a lovely wingback armchair upholstered. We removed the existing balustrades and used hexagonal shelving as dividers for the two rooms which still allowed a flow though the rooms. She is delighted and in her own words "Everyone who has seen it, loves it!"

Reimagining a Grade II Listed Gatehouse on Haslemere’s Lythe Hill Park Estate, balancing historic lineage and simple country living with a contemporary approach, we worked proactively with the Planning Heritage Team and positive, open minded clients to sensitively extend and retain the original character of the Gatehouse.

We totally stripped the wallpaper and old carpet and painted the walls with Dulux Heritage Ochre white. On the floor, we installed 12mm commercial grade laminate flooring. We removed all skirting and replaced them with new. Tiled the fireplace with real stone tiles. instaled new sockets and TV and finally insaled all new lightins wall and ceiling

With the view being to the south and the light being from the north it was important to get as much sun into the space as possible throughout the day.
