La pérgola bioclimática permite disfrutar del espacio en cualquier situación climatológica. La tarima eleva el nivel de la terraza y hace la salida/entrada al espacio más cómoda a la par que oculta todas las instalaciones y desagüe. Unos muebles funcionales y unas cortinas cierran este proyecto y lo hacen extremadamente cómodo y funcional.

Seahorses is a stunning new home near Falmouth enjoying magnificent panoramic views of the south coast seascape. Sitting on the clifftops within an AONB, the house and gardens occupy a gently sloping site that connects with the adjacent South West Coastal Path. The context and terrain of the surrounding landscape informed the design and an imaginative and ambitious solution to site levels was crucial to the success of the scheme. As a result, the completed house is lower than the original, thus creating privacy for the occupants whilst still respecting neighbouring homes. The split-level, linear design is carefully organised around a spine wall of local granite that runs from the exterior of the building through the interior. This arrangement allows the living areas and bedrooms to connect with the landscape and integrate seamlessly with outdoor spaces. A mix of grasses, sedum and indigenous coastal plants on the green roof help to embed the building into its surroundings. The palette of natural materials creates a layered, permeable effect on the exterior, which will season with time and weather, thereby allowing it to assimilate into its coastal setting. Of equal importance was landscaping, which was integral to the design intent. Ein Zuhause, das die Ruhe seiner Umgebung, direkt am Fluss, umgeben von Natur, widerspiegelt. In Zusammenarbeit mit Volker Röhricht Ingenieur Architekt (Architekt), Steinert & Bitterling (Innenarchitektur) und Anke Augsburg Licht (Lichtplanung) realisierte RUBY dieses Projekt.

The brief for this grand old Taringa residence was to blur the line between old and new. We renovated the 1910 Queenslander, restoring the enclosed front sleep-out to the original balcony and designing a new split staircase as a nod to tradition, while retaining functionality to access the tiered front yard. We added a rear extension consisting of a new master bedroom suite, larger kitchen, and family room leading to a deck that overlooks a leafy surround. A new laundry and utility rooms were added providing an abundance of purposeful storage including a laundry chute connecting them. Selection of materials, finishes and fixtures were thoughtfully considered so as to honour the history while providing modern functionality. Colour was integral to the design giving a contemporary twist on traditional colours.

Démolition et reconstruction d'un immeuble dans le centre historique de Castellammare del Golfo composé de petits appartements confortables où vous pourrez passer vos vacances. L'idée était de conserver l'aspect architectural avec un goût historique actuel mais en le reproposant dans une tonalité moderne.Des matériaux précieux ont été utilisés, tels que du parquet en bambou pour le sol, du marbre pour les salles de bains et le hall d'entrée, un escalier métallique avec des marches en bois et des couloirs en marbre, des luminaires encastrés ou suspendus, des boiserie sur les murs des chambres et dans les couloirs, des dressings ouverte, portes intérieures en laque mate avec une couleur raffinée, fenêtres en bois, meubles sur mesure, mini-piscines et mobilier d'extérieur. Chaque étage se distingue par la couleur, l'ameublement et les accessoires d'ameublement. Tout est contrôlé par l'utilisation de la domotique. Un projet de design d'intérieur avec un design unique qui a permis d'obtenir des appartements de luxe.

Diese reizvolle Maisonette-Wohnung in Berlin-Dahlem wurde komplett saniert – der offene Wohnraum mit Küche und Essbereich in der oberen Etage sowie Schlafzimmer, Ankleide und Arbeitszimmer in der unteren Etage erstrahlen nun in dezentem und doch einzigartigem Design. Auch die beiden Badezimmer sowie das Gäste-WC wurden vollständig erneuert. THE INNER HOUSE begleitete dabei unter anderem die Erweiterung der Elektroinstallation und den Einbau einer neuen Küche, übernahm die Auswahl von Leuchten und Einbaumöbeln und koordinierte den Einbau eines Kamins sowie die Erneuerung des Parketts. Das monochrome Farbkonzept mit hellen Naturtönen und kräftigen Farbakzenten rundet dieses luftig-schöne Zuhause ab.
