La cuisine s’ouvre sur le séjour à travers une structure en bois brut, vestige de l’ancienne cloison. Les poutres centenaires contrastent avec les lignes épurées du mobilier sur mesure, créant un dialogue subtil entre passé et présent.

Classic British Kitchen in Horsham, West Sussex Sage Green cabinetry combines with sparkling accents in this Horsham project, which also involved a structural change. The Brief This Horsham based client sought a structural adjustment to their property and were planning to remove a dividing wall to combine their kitchen and dining room area. The previous kitchen area was compact and dark due to the dividing wall, so they favoured a design that made the most of natural light and a layout that made the new room feel spacious. From early conversations with designer Alistair, the client favoured a green finish with vibrant accents. A new floor was also required as part of the project. Design Elements The finished project makes use of an L shaped layout, complete with a peninsula island, which was a key desirable of the client. A green finish was favoured from the outset, with the client opting for a subtle Sage Green colour. It has been nicely complimented by accents in the form of copper door handles and a metallic gold splashback. Lighting was a key consideration for this project, and the layout makes the most of the natural light pouring in from the rear of the property. Downlights and undercabinet lighting add another level of ambience to this kitchen. Special Inclusions In addition to the new kitchen the client sought to enhance functionality with an array of appliances from Siemens. A Siemens single oven, combination oven, refrigerator, freezer, hob, and extractor have all been specified in this kitchen space. The client also wished to indulge in a wine cabinet, which is a built-in Siemens model. Project Highlight The highlight of this kitchen area is the sparkling sink, splashback and worktop area. The client favoured an integrated sink, which is fabricated of the same quartz finish: Lagoon, as the work surface. A Quooker 100°C boiling water tap is also installed in this kitchen. The End Result This project highlights the amazing capabilities of our complete installation option. Originally two compact and poorly lit rooms have been combined into a light filled kitchen and dining space, with a new kitchen and new Karndean flooring to compliment. Après plusieurs visites d'appartement, nos clients décident d'orienter leurs recherches vers un bien à rénover afin de pouvoir personnaliser leur futur foyer. Leur premier achat va se porter sur ce charmant 80 m2 situé au cœur de Paris. Souhaitant créer un bien intemporel, ils travaillent avec nos architectes sur des couleurs nudes, terracota et des touches boisées. Le blanc est également au RDV afin d'accentuer la luminosité de l'appartement qui est sur cour. La cuisine a fait l'objet d'une optimisation pour obtenir une profondeur de 60cm et installer ainsi sur toute la longueur et la hauteur les rangements nécessaires pour être ultra-fonctionnelle. Elle se ferme par une élégante porte art déco dessinée par les architectes. Dans les chambres, les rangements se multiplient ! Nous avons cloisonné des portes inutiles qui sont changées en bibliothèque; dans la suite parentale, nos experts ont créé une tête de lit sur-mesure et ajusté un dressing Ikea qui s'élève à présent jusqu'au plafond. Bien qu'intemporel, ce bien n'en est pas moins singulier. A titre d'exemple, la salle de bain qui est un clin d'œil aux lavabos d'école ou encore le salon et son mur tapissé de petites feuilles dorées.

Cuisine sur mesure avec ilôt

La cuisine dessinée aussi par l'architecte se veux simple, sobre, et efficace. Le fond de cuisine en CP Chênne s'accorde avec le plan de travail de l'ilot central en chêne massif. Le faux plafond atypique est en tasseau de CP bouleau. @Johnathan le toublon

La reforma de la cuina es basa en una renovació total del mobiliari, parets, paviment i sostre; a la vegada es guanya espai movent una paret i transformant una porta batent en una porta corredissa. El resultat es el d’una cuina pràctica i optimitzada, alhora, el conjunt de materials segueix la mateixa sintonia. La reforma de la cocina se basa en una renovación total del mobiliario, paredes, pavimento y techo; a la vez se gana espacio moviendo una pared y transformando una puerta batiente por una puerta corredera. El resultado es el de una cocina práctica y optimizada, a la vez, el conjunto de materiales sigue la misma sintonía.

Nos clients occupaient déjà cet appartement mais souhaitaient une rénovation au niveau de la cuisine qui était isolée et donc inexploitée. Ayant déjà des connaissances en matière d'immobilier, ils avaient une idée précise de ce qu'ils recherchaient. Ils ont utilisé le modalisateur 3D d'IKEA pour créer leur cuisine en choisissant les meubles et le plan de travail. Nous avons déposé le mur porteur qui séparait la cuisine du salon pour ouvrir les espaces. Afin de soutenir la structure, nos experts ont installé une poutre métallique type UPN. Cette dernière étant trop grande (5M de mur à remplacer !), nous avons dû l'apporter en plusieurs morceaux pour la re-boulonner, percer et l'assembler sur place. Des travaux de plomberie et d'électricité ont été nécessaires pour raccorder le lave-vaisselle et faire passer les câbles des spots dans le faux-plafond créé pour l'occasion. Nous avons également retravaillé le plan de travail pour qu'il se fonde parfaitement avec la cuisine. Enfin, nos clients ont profité de nos services pour rattraper une petite étourderie. Ils ont eu un coup de cœur pour un canapé @laredouteinterieurs en solde. Lors de la livraison, ils se rendent compte que le canapé dépasse du mur de 30cm ! Nous avons alors installé une jolie verrière pour rattraper la chose.
