Classic British Kitchen in Horsham, West Sussex Sage Green cabinetry combines with sparkling accents in this Horsham project, which also involved a structural change. The Brief This Horsham based client sought a structural adjustment to their property and were planning to remove a dividing wall to combine their kitchen and dining room area. The previous kitchen area was compact and dark due to the dividing wall, so they favoured a design that made the most of natural light and a layout that made the new room feel spacious. From early conversations with designer Alistair, the client favoured a green finish with vibrant accents. A new floor was also required as part of the project. Design Elements The finished project makes use of an L shaped layout, complete with a peninsula island, which was a key desirable of the client. A green finish was favoured from the outset, with the client opting for a subtle Sage Green colour. It has been nicely complimented by accents in the form of copper door handles and a metallic gold splashback. Lighting was a key consideration for this project, and the layout makes the most of the natural light pouring in from the rear of the property. Downlights and undercabinet lighting add another level of ambience to this kitchen. Special Inclusions In addition to the new kitchen the client sought to enhance functionality with an array of appliances from Siemens. A Siemens single oven, combination oven, refrigerator, freezer, hob, and extractor have all been specified in this kitchen space. The client also wished to indulge in a wine cabinet, which is a built-in Siemens model. Project Highlight The highlight of this kitchen area is the sparkling sink, splashback and worktop area. The client favoured an integrated sink, which is fabricated of the same quartz finish: Lagoon, as the work surface. A Quooker 100°C boiling water tap is also installed in this kitchen. The End Result This project highlights the amazing capabilities of our complete installation option. Originally two compact and poorly lit rooms have been combined into a light filled kitchen and dining space, with a new kitchen and new Karndean flooring to compliment. From our Honest kitchen range, this timeless mid-century inspired kitchen blends minimalist design with natural materials and colours. Kitchens situated in the middle of a home can often be dark spaces due to the lack of natural light, but not The Mid-Century Kitchen. Our flat panel Cotham door in oak and Glacier White laminate create a sleek space with clean linear elements. The white wall cabinets cleverly reflect the natural light from the joining dining room, helping to brighten this kitchen, whilst the oak cabinetry and bold tiles add warmth and colour.

Pour la rénovation complète de ce studio, le brief des propriétaires était clair : que la surface accueille tous les équipements d’un grand appartement. La répartition des espaces était néanmoins contrainte par l’emplacement de deux fenêtres en L, et celui des évacuations de plomberie positionnées à l’entrée, ne laissant pas une grande liberté d’action. Pari tenu pour l’équipe d’Ameo Concept : une cuisine offrant deux plans de travail avec tout l’électroménager nécessaire (lave linge, four, lave vaisselle, plaque de cuisson), une salle d’eau harmonieuse tout en courbes, une alcôve nuit indépendante et intime où des rideaux délimitent l’espace. Enfin, une pièce à vivre fonctionnelle et chaleureuse, comportant un espace dînatoire avec banquette coffre, sans oublier le salon offrant deux couchages complémentaires. Une rénovation clé en main, où les moindres détails ont été pensés pour valoriser le bien.

We used the latest appliances such as Siemens double ovens, a bora downdraft hob, and a hot water Quooker tap, making this modern multi-functional kitchen perfect for a busy family who loves to entertain.

Après plusieurs visites d'appartement, nos clients décident d'orienter leurs recherches vers un bien à rénover afin de pouvoir personnaliser leur futur foyer. Leur premier achat va se porter sur ce charmant 80 m2 situé au cœur de Paris. Souhaitant créer un bien intemporel, ils travaillent avec nos architectes sur des couleurs nudes, terracota et des touches boisées. Le blanc est également au RDV afin d'accentuer la luminosité de l'appartement qui est sur cour. La cuisine a fait l'objet d'une optimisation pour obtenir une profondeur de 60cm et installer ainsi sur toute la longueur et la hauteur les rangements nécessaires pour être ultra-fonctionnelle. Elle se ferme par une élégante porte art déco dessinée par les architectes. Dans les chambres, les rangements se multiplient ! Nous avons cloisonné des portes inutiles qui sont changées en bibliothèque; dans la suite parentale, nos experts ont créé une tête de lit sur-mesure et ajusté un dressing Ikea qui s'élève à présent jusqu'au plafond. Bien qu'intemporel, ce bien n'en est pas moins singulier. A titre d'exemple, la salle de bain qui est un clin d'œil aux lavabos d'école ou encore le salon et son mur tapissé de petites feuilles dorées.
