Proceso de montaje de mobiliario a falta de los detalles finales

En un mismo espacio diáfano se solapan el living y el dining, que nos permite disfrutar de la luz natural y de las vistas al mar Mediterráneo a través de una gran ventanal y de una balconera que da acceso a la terraza. En ambos casos vestidas por caídas de lino natural, perteneciente a la colección Moritz del fabricante Yutes y confeccionadas por Baqués ,mis tapiceros de confianza. En esta primera vista se aprecia mejor la iluminación de ambos espacios. En la zona del living se utilizaron elementos contemporáneos; la luminaria técnica modelo IO 48V en 3000K del fabricante Arkoslight y diseñada por Rubén Saldaña. Una lámpara en carril LED de aluminio lacado negro mate, con un diseño minimalista e hiperreducido que se situó sobre la mesa de centro, y como apoyo para iluminar el rincón de lectura justo a la entrada del living, se ubicó sobre una pequeña cómoda de 3 cajones fabricada en madera de nogal diseño “mid century”, una lámpara de sobremesa con el pie en cristal de color blanco y pantalla del mismo color, elementos una vez más provenientes de la colección de mis clientes. Para la iluminación del dining sobre la mesa de comedor elegí una lámpara de pie, el modelo Robín, del fabricante Carpyen y diseñada por Gabriel Teixidó. Una elegante y sofisticada lámpara extensible y dimable, con estructura y base metálica negra, y brazo flexible en fibra de carbono, con una pantalla ajustable en altura en algodón y tono beige.

Un focolare protagonista, interprete delle esigenze contemporanee, inserito in una struttura rivestita in gres effetto marmo. Un elemento di design rigoroso e suggestivo, affiancato da due librerie asimmetriche che minimizzano l’effetto monumentale. Le luci, in tre versioni differenti, sono lo strumento per sottolineare le diverse zone del soggiorno. I led per l’illuminazione diffusa, i faretti che indicano il passaggio verso la zona notte ed il lampadario sospeso sul tavolo per sottolineare la zona pranzo.

The brief for this room was for a neutral palette that would retain a sense of warmth and luxury. This was achieved with the use of various shades of grey, accented with fuchsia. The walls are painted an ethereal shade of pale grey, which is contrasted beautifully by the dark grey Venetian polished plaster finish on the chimney breast, which itself is highlighted with a subtle scattering of mica flecks. The floor to ceiling mirrored walls enhance the light from the full height wall of bifolding doors. The large L shaped sofa is upholstered in dark grey wool, which is balanced by bespoke cushions and throw in fuchsia pink wool and lush grey velvet. The armchairs are upholstered in a dark grey velvet which has metallic detailing, echoing the effect of the mica against the dark grey chimney breast finish. The bespoke lampshades pick up the pink accents which are a stunning foil to the distressed silver finish of the lamp bases. The metallic ceramic floor tiles also lend a light reflective quality, enhancing the feeling of light and space. The large abstract painting was commissioned with a brief to continue the grey and fuchsia scheme, and is flanked by a pair of heavily distressed steel wall lights. The dramatic full length curtains are of luscious black velvet. The various accessories and finishes create a wonderful balance of femininity and masculinity.
