Nos clients ont fait appel à notre agence pour une rénovation partielle. ⁠ ⁠ L'une des pièces à rénover était le salon & la cuisine. Les deux pièces étaient auparavant séparées par un mur. ⁠ ⁠ Nous avons déposé ce dernier pour le remplacer par une verrière semi-ouverte. Ainsi la lumière circule, les espaces s'ouvrent tout en restant délimités esthétiquement. ⁠ ⁠ Les pièces étant tout en longueur, nous avons décidé de concevoir la verrière avec des lignes déstructurées. Ceci permet d'avoir un rendu dynamique et esthétique.⁠

We created a botanical-inspired scheme for this Victorian terrace living room updating the wall colour to Inchyra Blue on the walls and including a pop a colour in the lamp shades. We redesigned the floorplan to make the room practical and comfortable. Built-in storage in a complementary blue was introduced to keep the tv area tidy. We included two matching side tables in an aged bronze finish with a bevelled glass top and mirrored bottom shelves to maximise the light. We sourced and supplied the furniture and accessories including the Made to Measure Olive Green Sofa and soft furnishings.

This spacious, light-filled family room blends comfort and function with subtle classical touches. A warm palette of soft beige and stone tones creates a calm backdrop for everyday life, while carefully chosen furniture and details add depth and familiarity. The room is cleverly zoned into dining and living areas: on one side, a generous solid oak dining table with benches offers plenty of space for shared meals and gatherings. On the other, a pair of soft cream sofas and a wood-burning stove set into a simple brick-lined fireplace create a cosy, lived-in corner anchored by a neutral rug. The light sage green walls provide gentle contrast to the crisp white cornicing and deep skirting boards, bringing a traditional architectural frame to a modern family lifestyle. Wall-mounted picture lights highlight framed prints, while a circular mirror above the fireplace offers visual symmetry and bounce. Large-format stone-effect floor tiles add a tactile, timeless quality underfoot, while the black-framed door to the left connects the interior seamlessly to the garden beyond, bringing in both light and greenery.

In this inviting living room, our design expertise shines through the use of a soothing neutral colour palette, plush soft furnishings, and strategically chosen curtains in varying hues, all working together to create an atmosphere of comfort and elegance. Both the dining and living areas share a common design element in the form of 3D wall panelling, which not only adds depth and texture to the space but also draws attention alongside captivating artwork.

Die Liebe zum Meer sollte sich im Konzept wiederfinden. Die Bauherren haben sich mit Begeisterung für Steinteppich entschieden, den ich ihnen vorgestellt habe. The exposed wooden beams are one of our favorite features of this property. We love how they look combined with the dark concrete feature wall and the black kitchen and the way they contrast the light natural paint on the walls.

This cosy living room feels like an inviting retreat, with bespoke ceiling details and soft, custom lighting creating a welcoming atmosphere. The rich dark green walls set a calm, intimate tone, while a mustard sofa adds a cheerful pop of colour. A plush, fluffy rug brings warmth and comfort underfoot, and the wooden fireplace introduces a touch of rustic charm. A marble coffee table anchors the space, balancing style with practicality, while a TV provides the perfect spot for relaxation. A small white sofa tucked to the side offers extra seating, making this a space that’s ideal for unwinding, gathering, and feeling right at home.

When they briefed us on this two-storey 110 m2 complete property renovation, our clients envisioned a clean and contemporary take on its 1960s framework with a warm and welcoming entrance foyer, open, bright and colourful entertaining spaces, and crisp and functional bathrooms. The result is a spectacularly bright open space with southern lights seamlessly flowing across the lounge/dining and kitchen areas and unobstructed views of the wonderful natural surroundings of Pittville Park, beautifully landscaped gardens, and bright and beautiful interior spaces.
