This apartment was located in a renovated cottage in Fowey. We retained some of the stonework where the rooms were light to nod to the original architecture. The existing flooring was retained to keep to budget. A rewire of the lighting was required to bring the apartment up to date.

Situated right on the ocean’s edge, we worked with this couple to create a comfortable holiday retreat with a relaxed but luxe feel. The living room offers a central and comfortable spot to chat, watch TV, supervise the cooking in the kitchen or take in the views from the balcony. Floor to ceiling custom made sheer curtains filter the light.

Además, cuenta con aire acondicionado conductos que permiten regular la temperatura tanto en las estaciones más calurosas cómo las más frías.
