Looks like the closets are on either side of your porch the bathroom, I would like this look. I would also be fine with a single entrance closet off the actual bathroom. Pocket doors are almost! I also like that this of you into the bathroom doesn’t contain any of the “inner workings of the bathroom” ,Windows are nice, I love the idea of light.
I don’t care for the random event in the middle of the wall, but otherwise this bathroom layout could work… Not sure about fitting a tub however. I do like the “end to end “aspect of this. Toilet on one end shower on the other. Like the location of the windows as they are up high to allow light yet not compromise privacy. Would want to consider window size and ability to darken with a window treatment… Not sure if that is feasible with that size of window. If this were the case, would want to somehow and sure that light from the bathroom would not make its way into the bedroom unnecessarily.
I love so much about this. Doors are very proportional to wall, not a lot of excess overhang. Love that the doors ran the entire spans of the room. I love the Pitch of the ceiling. Love that the windows behind the sofa are appropriately sized and look as if they were considered prior to furniture placement.

I think this is the ideal layout for the kitchen. Scaling on island is off but you get the idea. In the far corner, to the left of the wall oven, looks like they have a pantry, would love for that to instead be our laundry room. I like that the cabinets go all the way to the ceiling. I don’t necessarily love that there is a sink on the island but I might be able to live with this.
I dislike that the outdoor columns seem to be visible in the line of sight from inside… May just be the angle. If we are to have exterior columns in anyway shape or form, I would prefer to have them in line with interior walls so that they appear invisible/not able to be seen/obstruct view.

Width of door center matches height of baseboard. This trim is beautiful.
I like that this creates a hallway at the front door, Would not want it to be straight walls, OK with doorways off of the area. I love the light that the door lets in. Transom might be overkill
This is the “corner to corner “that I was referring to in the kitchen. Love that there is finish cabinetry on the left, and the fridge paneling on the right. I don’t listen early like anything else about this image but that back wall corner to corner is what I like.
Sink area and cabinets above or what I am looking for
I love the hallway feel and if this were to be the view from the front entrance upstairs I would be OK. I suppose this is more feasible when we have a traditional front entry upstairs. Meaning if we have some thing that looks like an actual front door on the second level. I like that you can see straight through to the back of the house

I like that the bedroom door fits perfectly on the wall that it opens into. I would like for interior bedroom walls to be able to fully accommodate the width of a door with no overhang of the door out into the room. If that makes any sense.
This appears to be the view from the entry, I like the hallway feel, the ability to do a consul table, and that there is a symmetry in the view ahead
This could work as an alternate kitchen layout, still has the L, but no laundry room access. In this image, laundry room/entry stairwell could be behind this main wall
This may be a bit expensive for our laundry room. However I do like that there is a window, and ample counter space. If we could squeeze a small desk in where the window is that could work. Not sure that the overall dimensions/layout of this room would be very accommodating in terms of the things I would want to try to integrate into this room. Seems like perhaps a lot of wasted space.
I like that the second floor deck is anchored to the bump out area on the right. I do not like it when a deck appears to be floating, like it is just been added without any prior thinking/design approach.
Scale is way off here, but I do like that the kitchen is “behind it “the living room. I like that I could be standing at the sink, and interact with people in the living room and see outside. Assuming this island would be facing the water. In this instance, the sink in the island would be OK
Symmetry is killer. I like that there is an entryway hallway to the left, so as you walk in, the kitchen is off to the side. I don’t like it when you walk in and hit the kitchen head on.
Interesting that there is a window in the middle of the mirrors, I do like that it blends in, could be an option. If there was a solid Wall on the right where the glass shower is I would like that. Essentially this is the bathroom version of the “corner to corner “aspect that I like in the kitchen.
Interesting as it appears doorway is their main entrance. I do not dislike that it is into the living room… But assuming that our living room will be at the back of the house to maximize the views,… Could we conceivably have our front/main entrance on the actual back of the house? Is that feasible? Assuming exterior stairs leading up the side could make this happen. Otherwise I like everything about this room, I don’t necessarily need a fireplace though.

Minus the third floor… Love that there is dimension, and even though there is not direct symmetry, it appears balanced with the entry on the side.
Charging drawers are a must kitchen and bathroom.
This layout could work. Don’t know how I feel about the standalone tub, but I do like a tub in general in that location. Would do a smaller shower I think, but I don’t know how that would look proportionally. Like the pitch of the ceiling helps to make the bathroom feel less like a cave but as long as ceilings were taller than 8 feet, pitch not necessary.
Love the look of whatever this decking material is. Love that the columns, even if decorative, appear substantial.
I don’t like the random events near the openings in the wall. However I do like that the opening is framed out and helps the space to feel intentional. Not required, but a framed opening is fine if we need to do one.

I love that there is space between the windows for a piece of furniture. This is what I was referring to when I said to consider traditional furniture widths/measurements when finalizing window placement. I don’t necessarily need a dining room in a similar location to this, just the concept of appropriately spaced windows with furniture in mind.
Hallways style entryway, if this were on the front of the house, would want the side lights and door width to be more proportional… This feels very narrow and would likely look awkward.
I like that the “under air “portion of the deck feels intentional and finished.
OK, clearly I have a thing for entryways. Interested to know what is behind the double doors on the right? Could be an interesting laundry nook if it was properly insulated?

Corner to corner bathroom sink, I love that looks like a piece of furniture. I would love to be able to fit some thing the size in an en suite/guest bathroom. Or bathroom for our daughter downstairs.
Not opposed to this layout of the kitchen and living room. Would want those seem to be facing the water.
Scale is a bit too much, however I love everything about this.
Interesting that they did the cooktop on the island… I like how they have it visually disguised.
Love the front of his house, hate the parking lot feel. Like that they did not do a full deck on the front of the house. In our situation that seems a bit wasteful since a full deck on the front of our house would likely never get used, as the views from that perspective are not visually appealing at this time.
Ceilings are a bit too high, but otherwise like this layout. Dining room table area would be a bit of a waste, but I do like the kitchen in the corner and it’s proximity to the living area.
Love pocket door, and that they put a mirror on it! Genius in the bathroom!
Love this shower. It is the alcove tape that I was talking about. Doesn’t necessarily need to be in this location, I just love that the only glass that I would have to clean is the door. Would prefer not to have additional glass with other panels.
banquette seating area is too large, but otherwise this kitchen is great. Would take the pantry door as a slider/pocket door and have the laundry room will be on the other side. I don’t necessarily love the wall of windows and the fact that there are no cabinets on that side but otherwise this is nice. Don’t care for the proximity of the ovens to the refrigerator, perhaps those could be relocated to the area next to the banquette .
I like that the sink is framed in the opening of the bathroom. Perfect symmetry. Don’t need to see the sink from the bedroom, but would at least like to be mindful of what the view is since that door is frequently open.
The size island only works if there is a table elsewhere.
