Belt House
The other thing I have noticed is the patterns and colours flow through the house which really gives a nice feel to the house, a completed feel.
I believe the patterns are called Ikat. Its surprising how much depth a patterned chair and footstall can bring to the room.
I love the living room, its simple but light and airy. With accents of pattern and colour.
Mirrors either side of the bed dress the wall nicely and allows for the illusion there is more space in the room.
This room is supposed to be an adult couples room but I would say it is more a girls room, the soft colour palette.
I like the island chairs, if there is an ability to have stools then these are the ticket.
I like the soft grey cupboards and white surfaces, it will never go out of fashion, the layered wooden effect on the door makes it look very much like a country kitchen. The sandstone flooring adds contrast and its also easy clean.
I like the wooden style floor, and the wooden top surface for the island, the contrast is nice and easy clean, its looks like a quaint country kitchen, with the neutral walls too.
This may work well for amelia's bedroom, it is sophisticated so will last a long time but it is still girly at the same time.
A good idea for one of the girls rooms, painted half and half. Its quite fun but doesn't encroach the room with too much colour.
I quite like this one, its clean and simple yet has that dash of colour you love so much.
Darker colours to fit the darker blue bedroom that I chose earlier on. The darker colours also tend to hide marks and blemishes more easily.
This is an example of the faux furs that you could put over your dining chairs and or bench as the girls are a little older, it adds texture and gives a warmness to the house.
The perfect example of half bench half chairs, always useful for when the littles have sleepovers as they can all sit together and squeeze as many as possible on the bench. Also as the girls get older and a little more house proud you can get faux or real if you want to splash out fur to put on each individual chair and a deer hide to put over the bench.
I like the matching table and flooring, the kitchen looks easy to maintain and as for the chairs to fit your needs then you can get faux leather on the dining chairs and the bar stools.
I like the Ikat rug in this picture, the neutral tones surrounding it really make this rug pop, the only problem having a rug under the table is the fact it could get destroyed by littles very quickly.
You like colour I believe so the accent chairs are great for this. Also the chairs, bench and table are all easy wipe which is fantastic having the girls, a wooden or linoleum floor is a must and the woodburner with exposed brick adds a touch of cosy country kitchen.
I could see this being a nice contrast for George and Dan's bedroom, the navy blue with the grey bed, the little lights either side are a nice contrast along with the small side tables and the greenery adds life to the room.
The sofas are leather and easy wipe, a suitable colour for this time (grey) the headrests also move and may possibly be able to get reclining sofas. These sofas also have USB ports in the side, which would be great for the girls and their gadgets.
Another cool contemporary kitchen. The light cupboards and work tops add a sense of space and contrast to the room. Its always useful to have plug points on the island for equipment e.g the girls ipads. The wooden chairs are contrasting and are easy to clean and wipe.
The style and colour palette of the kitchen, useful drinks fridge, easy wipe leather chairs, easy wipe surfaces, and a useful kitchen island.
