With wider cabinets this could work with my sink in the middle. The open shelves rather than a plate rack would work. But different counter tops

Love the tall cabinet with the appliance garage underneath. With our HIGH, HIGH ceilings this would work! I also was thinking wood/butcher block counter tops would be more historically correct for our home.
