The DesignoryThe Barefoot Bay Cottage is the first-holiday house to be designed and built for boutique accommodation business, Barefoot Escapes (www.barefootescapes.com.au). Working with many of The Designory’s favourite brands, it has been designed with an overriding luxe Australian coastal style synonymous with Sydney based team. The newly renovated three bedroom cottage is a north facing home which has been designed to capture the sun and the cooling summer breeze. Inside, the home is light-filled, open plan and imbues instant calm with a luxe palette of coastal and hinterland tones. The contemporary styling includes layering of earthy, tribal and natural textures throughout providing a sense of cohesiveness and instant tranquillity allowing guests to prioritise rest and rejuvenation.

Kustom Home DesignThis new home was designed to nestle quietly into the rich landscape of rolling pastures and striking mountain views. A wrap around front porch forms a facade that welcomes visitors and hearkens to a time when front porch living was all the entertainment a family needed. White lap siding coupled with a galvanized metal roof and contrasting pops of warmth from the stained door and earthen brick, give this home a timeless feel and classic farmhouse style. The story and a half home has 3 bedrooms and two and half baths. The master suite is located on the main level with two bedrooms and a loft office on the upper level. A beautiful open concept with traditional scale and detailing gives the home historic character and charm. Transom lites, perfectly sized windows, a central foyer with open stair and wide plank heart pine flooring all help to add to the nostalgic feel of this young home. White walls, shiplap details, quartz counters, shaker cabinets, simple trim designs, an abundance of natural light and carefully designed artificial lighting make modest spaces feel large and lend to the homeowner's delight in their new custom home.

Atrium HardwoodThis is a substantial Orangery project designed, manufactured and installed by Atrium from start to finish. This is onto a beautiful Grade two Listed farmhouse and has given the client a fantastic place to sit and relax amongst local views of the surrounding countryside and gardens. This has a mixture of reclaimed brickwork with 'piers' and incorporates a 'break front' feature which sets the front elevation out further than the main room. This projects includes underfloor heating, woodburning stove, solar control and self cleaning glazing to name but a few of the features.

Edgewater Design GroupOur clients already had the beautiful lot on Burt Lake, all they needed was the home. We were hired to create an inviting home that had a "craftsman" style of the exterior and a "cottage" style for the interior. They desired to capture a casual, warm, and inviting feeling. The home was to have as much natural light and to take advantage of the amazing lake views. The open concept plan was desired to facilitate lots of family and visitors. The finished design and home is exactly what they hoped for. To quote the owner "Thanks to the expertise and creativity of the design team at Edgewater, we were able to get exactly what we wanted."

1- The first step in any sunroom build is pre-construction and demo. Here you can see our builders are setting forms for the foundation. A nice level foundation will ensure a water tight seal to last and last and prevent against perimeter leaks.
3 - In this particular sunroom the client wanted a higher roof so we built her what is called a roof saddle
4 - The benefits of a roof saddle include, extra height, better drainage, more light with upper glass transoms and even an option to match your existing roof
5- We have the safest delivery methods for your materials they will arrive in customized prepackaging.
6 - We carefully unload and stage materials in your backyard.
7- Here, our certified C Thru Installers are anchoring perimeter channels that holds the walls in place.
8 - These channels are specially designed with an anti-moisture system to prevent perimeter leaks Guaranteeing a moisture free environment.
9- Our installers are putting up the walls - carefully leveling and plumbing each section to the house, we can achieve a custom fit to any house wall with modifications as needed.
10- all though our roof systems are water tight as is, we offer composition roofing to match your existing roof and add to the over all aesthetics of the structure. Flooring, Heating and cooling, fans, lights, and many other custom interior and exterior aesthetic options are available.

Vale Garden Houseshis Orangery was designed with a dual purpose. The main area is a family room for relaxing and dining, whilst to the side is a separate entrance providing direct access to the home. Each area is separated by an internal screen with doors, providing flexibility of use.
It was also designed with features that mirror those on the main house.
