Highly recommend! David & Kim are excellent at what they do. They are timely, communicative and delivered exactly what we asked for! Their designs are fresh and unique. We couldn’t be happier and are excited to see our design come to life.

Design by David did a wonderful design for our outdoor living areas. We are so thrilled to see our ideas and desires for our design come to life in the 3D designs that we got! Highly recommend !

David & Kim sat down with myself & my wife. A lot was promised; constructable drawings, incorporating OUR ideas, and collaboration throughout the whole process. I read everyone’s reviews and thought we were set for a great experience, and also didn’t think twice about paying up front. David delivered our design approximately 6 months after I had paid him. Our relationship grew strained after about the third time he told me he needed another extension around month 4-5. My opinion is he rushed the finish touches. He did not incorporate a few of the main things we asked for help with.. So although design is pretty cool, it’s not exactly what we requested. Instead of the plan delivery/ review meeting that’s promised in the welcome package, someone dropped off drawing sets on my porch during middle of the day. He told my wife it wasn’t needed. In regards to constructable. Utilities aren’t included in the drawings. My plans are not “fully constructable“ Learn the difference beforehand. Gas for fireplace and low voltage electric not included in his plans. Neither is irrigation. You end up paying someone else to figure out these things, so ultimately we’re having to change the design. All in all- got a cool 3D design after 6.5 months. Not really constructable. Not really what we asked for. David not super approachable. I wish we had a better experience. My landscape project is ~100-150k.

I would without a doubt recommend 3D Designs by David. Their design ideas are unique and everything I wanted. They totally think outside the box. No cookie cutter ideas from them. They are very professional and do just what they say they will do. A huge thank you to David and his team. I can not wait to see our yard completed.

We hired David and the 3D team because we had all of these ideas of what we wanted in the backyard but did not know how to make all of our vision come to life. We have a huge family and entertain a lot and our backyard isn’t overly large so we wanted to utilize the space efficiently. David and his team took all of our ideas and made it come to life utilizing the space efficiently. He even sent my plans out to obtain bids. They are professional, have great customer service and very efficient!!! They really are there from start to finish & really makes it convenient for my busy life.

We found David online and decided to give him a call on designing our front yard. He was quick to call back and was able to come out to look at my property. The day I hired him he was fast, professional, and helpful. Even after we were still not sure about the design that he presented to us he was very respectful and professional about re doing the design and gave us a different design. It's also helpful that he helps find contractors to start the project. I am very excited for Feb for our project to start!!!

This process was a lot of fun! David and his son did an excellent job of designing our yard. It was fun to see the finished 3D video of what the yard will look like when it is done. For those who have trouble visualizing a finished yard this process is a great way to know what the yard can and will be when the project is finished!

3D Designs by David was awesome. We were trying to figure out how to create a backyard that would work for our entertainment needs for 2+ years and just couldn't make it work together. David created our Garden of Eden quickly and efficiently. He listened to our needs and wants and helped us determine the order of events and coordinate multiple contractors. I would recommend 3D Designs by David to anyone looking for a creative but realistic touch. The end result is gorgeous.

We built a custom cabin in Shaver Lake, CA in 2015. We hired David to help with designing the outside land scape and hardscape. The end result was beyond our expectations. He is very creative and developed detailed plans that we would have not otherwise imagined. This included driveway layout, decking, patios, and outdoor lighting. Equally impressive was the final work product which included a "drone" aerial 3D view - which enabled us to better see what the competed project would look like. David and his team were very professional and incorporated our input and budget. We would definitely use them again.
